Welcome to Oscoda, Michigan’s best-kept secret.

Tucked along the shores of Lake Huron, our tiny town is full of the kind of character that makes you want to stay awhile.

Think old-school ice cream stops at Parkside Dairy, a locally owned single-screen movie theater, morning coffee at Sunrise Kava, colorful murals, lake views around nearly every corner, and plenty of small-town charm in between.

Oscoda may feel like a world away, but it’s an easy escape from Detroit and Lansing, and a natural stop on the way north toward Mackinaw City.

Small town. Big lake. Plenty of personality.

Sturgeon Point may be one of the newer additions to Huron House, but it didn’t take long to become a guest favorite.

Soft blues, warm ivory tones, and direct access to the Lake Huron shoreline give this room an easy, calming feel. Inside, you’ll find a jetted tub made for slow evenings. Outside, a private hot tub overlooking the lake.
