Today we're heading to Michigan's beautiful Upper Peninsula to visit Paradise, a tiny community tucked along the shores of Lake Superior in Chippewa County!
And with a name like Paradise, you'd better have something special to offer!
🌊 Here's something you might not know!
Paradise was established in the 1920s and earned its name from the natural beauty surrounding it.
It's also known as the Wild Blueberry Capital of Michigan, celebrating its berry-picking heritage with an annual Wild Blueberry Festival!
Just a short drive away you'll find the breathtaking Tahquamenon Falls, historic Whitefish Point Lighthouse, and the Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum, where the tragic story of the Edmund Fitzgerald is remembered.
But beyond the famous attractions, Paradise is about the little things: family-owned businesses, quiet roads, fishing trips, snow-covered winters, and generations of memories made along Lake Superior.
