Three courses with several choices at each, traditional turkey among them, served from 11:30 in the morning to 5:30 in the evening on Thursday, November 26. $125 per person. 🍂It books out every year, and every year we hear from people who meant to call sooner.

“What looks like dessert isn’t always sweet. In the kitchen of chef Carlos Leon, each course gets an aesthetic star treatment that would confound Cookie Monster but will make sophisticated diners smile. Even the airy brioche that composes the bread service looks suspiciously like a cupcake.

Choose the four-course prix fixe and order the salmon tiradito, the Guatemalan-born chef’s version of a Peruvian Nikkei classic. His version features fish folded, almost origami-like, into jewel-toned constructions with charred avocado and tobiko, perched on a precipice above a well of tangy leche de tigre.

A duck entrée pairs smoked breast and blackberries with a toast topped with rillettes and plum purée. And when it comes time for the sweet stuff? Even Key lime pie is deconstructed into edible art. Virginia’s bounty never looked so delicious.”
