Peyton Carlton has been a part of the Great Lakes Rental team for the past six months, and we couldn't be more proud to see what's next for him.

In that short time, Peyton made his mark! From getting hands-on with our equipment to diving into real projects, including tearing down and rebuilding a deck from the ground up. That's the kind of work ethic that stands out.

When asked what he loves most about Great Lakes Rental, his answer was simple, the people and the equipment. We feel the same way about you, Peyton.

When he's not here, you can find him on the football field for Sylvania Schools, and off the field, he's got a serious soft spot for animals. That combination of toughness and heart says a lot about who he is.

This fall, Peyton is heading to the University of Cincinnati to study Construction Management. A kid who loves to build things finding his way into construction? We'd say that tracks perfectly.
