Tired of old run down AIRBNB’s, poorly stocked kitchens? How about flights of stairs just to get to the living room/ kitchen? Advertised occupancy only to find out some of your loved ones are sleeping on couches and pull outs. We were too! Tropical Sunsets was purposely built to make your stay more comfortable, more spacious, and more accommodating than any home we’ve stayed at. That Means beds for 14, dining for 17. Washer and Dryer on both floors. Balconies on both sides of the house. Separate bedrooms for three couples with their own baths and two bunk rooms for kids. Couple that with a 6 seat golf cart, 2 minute drive across a boardwalk directly to the beach, and a community pool a few houses over. All wrapped up in a small quiet neighborhood. It’s your vacation, and we want it to be perfect!

Construction on the boardwalk has reached the beach! There is still work to be done but completion is on schedule for the holiday season. 🎄

Big News! Construction is underway on the new Mustang Royale Boardwalk. The new boardwalk will be located just one block from Tropical Sunsets and will be a huge improvement for Golf Cart traffic compared to the current boardwalk in use at Royal Sands. The Royal Sands boardwalk will remain in use up to completion, which is scheduled to be finished prior to the Christmas Holiday!
