We have had a stream of happy fishermen and women stay with us during the past couple of months. The salmon run is over and we are now hearing about the adventures of our guests as they catch, land and release steelhead.

Some of our guests have happily shared some pictures of the fish they caught. We thought we would share them with you, too.

Many guests tell us they booked their first stay because they wanted to stay in a round house.

It was Larry’s idea to purchase an Unadilla wood silo, new, and use it as our home. Built in 1976, we raised our six children here.

Ours was a busy household and once they were all grown and launched we decided to renovate and put our home to work for us in a different way.

We decided right away to develop a business plan that would offer visitors to Pulaski an affordable and distinctively welcoming experience.

The Retreat, a private guest room in the Cozy Silo, shares this beautifully appointed, spa-like bathroom with one other private guest room.

Guests love the sleek glass and tile enclosed shower/tub combination. The luxurious feel of showering in a soft rain descending from the rainfall shower head is soothing and refreshing. The pleasant and relaxing bathing experience of the deep soaker tub is also much appreciated by guests.

Amenities include linens, soap, shampoo, conditioner, cotton-tipped swabs, a hairdryer and a curling iron. Don’t worry if you forget your toothbrush or toothpaste, or other personal hygiene products; your hosts have got you covered!

The hosts strive to keep the bathroom in pristine condition; guest reviews confirm their commitment to cleanliness and sanitation.
