Enjoy the gorgeous view of the Ohio River and surrounding hills from our newly developed riverfront property on the Ohio River. Our 2 small cabins each sleeps 4 guests and is the perfect place to rejuvenate or be the basecamp in between all the activities in the area. Centrally located between Marietta and Hocking Hills and Athens. Relax and unwind on our large covered deck OR take off for the day to explore all there is in Southeastern Ohio! Plenty of outdoor options nearby or within 60 miles for all kinds of adventures!

​🎣Plenty of fishing spots either on the Ohio River or @ Forked Run State Park or other hidden spots!

🌤️Forked Run State Park only a mile from your cabin. The park offers a lake for kayaking, fishing, and a nice sandy beach for swimming. An 18 hole disc golf course is available as well - along with many hiking trails, and archery targets.

🛶When you book with us, 2 kayaks with life vest and paddles will be provided. Additional kayaks are available to rent if needed. Walking distance and easy access to Ohio River from your cabin.

🚤Have a boat? Ohio river access ramp is 1/4 mi away for your boating needs.

🛣️Hocking Hills is less than an hour away and offers 7 major Hiking Areas at Hocking Hills State Park - Ash Cave, Cedar Falls, Old Man's Cave, Conkle's Hollow, Cantwell Cliffs, Rock House, and Whispering Cave. They are all one-way loop trails.

Need some alone time or a place to just sit back and unwind and/or recharge? 💛 We have the perfect place to do that. Our 2 small cabins on the Ohio River are the perfect place to just be at peace with life! Sit out on the covered deck or at the Pavilion. Or, start a camp fire and sit around the fire pit. One of our cabins is pet friendly too for those that have therapy dogs or want to bring your fur friend for companionship or maybe "Fido" needs to
unwind too!

Kayakers 🚣‍♀️ who visit all 22 Ohio River islands are eligible for prizes.

"In addition to protecting the Ohio River islands and their wildlife, the Ohio River Islands National Wildlife Refuge has an abundance of recreation opportunities, including hiking trails and kayaking opportunities, like the Kayak Challenge: if visitors kayak to all 22 islands, take a selfie at a specific destination on each, and turn them in to Schramm, they receive a special prize. It’s a fun way to get people out visiting the islands, he says.

“It’s not just about making habitat for wildlife. It’s about connecting people to what’s here as well,” says Schramm. “Visiting the refuge is another important thing people can do to support the refuge.”
