Setting up for massive events is basically high-stakes tetris, and Lucas is a certified grandmaster. Over his four-year journey at the resort, he has mastered the art of the quick pivot—spending his days hauling stages, aligning hundreds of tables & chairs, and ensuring table linens are absolutely flawless. The true magic of Lucas lies in his ability to anticipate needs before they happen, tackling every shift with an incredible attitude and a calm vibe that keeps the entire events team grounded.

Even when the day gets exhausting, or he is thrown a last-minute wrench in the plans by needing 50 extra chairs brought in with only ten minutes to spare, Lucas doesn't sweat a sudden change—he just gets it done with a smile that puts everyone at ease! In fact, his favorite part of the job is making the guests smile and providing that ultimate "wow" moment for them.

When he is off the clock, Lucas loves diving into comics and video games, or spending quality time relaxing with his dog, Yuma, and his cat, Willow.
