Ok so you’re ready to venture out but not sure where? Then come to Ruidoso, New Mexico! Only 2 1/4 hours from Ft Bliss, TX.

There you can shop downtown, and much more like…

Winter fun you have …. sledding, snow tubing, skating, snowboarding, and skiing… with plenty of trails to go on and more… fishing all year.

O… and don’t thing this is just a winter place because

Summer fun… you can swim in two of three lakes or fish in all three, got a boat? Then drop your anchor in one while you fish! The Ruidoso Rec Dept Swimming and Tennis courts are there on Sudderth (two doors from me). Go Carts, mini golf, horseback riding, and Pony Rides.

So when it comes time to rest or maybe that’s all you want to do is sit by your fireplace and toast some marshmallows then I have the Airbnb/Vrbo for you. My wife and I own a Vacation home in Ruidoso which we call El Chalet. Easy to get to and has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Large enough for sleeping 7 in beds and 2 more on a mattress that is stored in a closet to pull out to one of the bedrooms or living room.

Stay at my vacation home and enjoy the getaway but don’t worry about bringing the kitchen sink. We have that and much more. Just bring your clothing and family/friends and enjoy your time away from the everyday life.
