Yet another reason The Good Life Grows Here! The number of Sacramento women entrepreneurs has doubled since 2002 to 57,000, generating nearly $8.5 in revenue. And California on the whole remains the home to the greatest number of women-owned businesses in the nation. Thank you Sacramento Metro Chamber and The Sacramento Bee for sharing this great news!

California remains home to the greatest number of women-owned businesses in the nation and is the only state to surpass the 1 million threshold, according to the latest American Express analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data.
