These photos were taken after a severe Hill Country ice storm.
The weight of the ice brought down hundreds of pounds of live oak limbs across the patio, walkways, and right onto the hot tub cover.

If the owners had been out of state with nobody checking the property, that damage could have sat for weeks, causing leaks, water damage, and severe equipment failures.

Instead, our Post-Storm Rapid Assessment had boots on the ground hours after the storm passed:
- Walkways cleared and hazards assessed
- Hot tub, mechanicals, and water storage evaluated for impact damage

Insulation on the floor looks messy, but this photo represents thousands of dollars saved.

In an empty second home, this scenario is a recipe for a catastrophic five-figure insurance claim. If left unattended for days or weeks, pressurized water will bring down entire ceilings, warp hardwood floors, ruin cabinetry, and trigger widespread mold remediation.
