📸 Some wonderful memories made at one of our Schroon Lake favorites. Sticks n’ Stones will always be known as our go to for a local, casual vibe with tried and true delicious pizzas, salads and sandwiches! Our fur babes enjoyed joining us outside as well. You will be missed!

Sticks & Stones is a Schroon Lake staple, and we are saddened to hear of their loss, especially during the holidays. We’ve made some amazing memories there (along with our fur babes) and know our guests have loved their time visiting one of our favorite restaurants as well, “only a stones throw away.” It is our hope they will rebuild, so we can continue to make new memories. Until then, we are sharing to help support this local business and their employees now without work. Every little bit helps 🥰

❄️ ⛷️ 🏂 Tis the season for skiing and snowboarding! Gore opening weekend officially starts tomorrow! Plan your trip with us today - only 30 min. from Gore Mountain.

Opening Weekend is here! As we kick off the 2025/26 season, here’s what you need to know:

➡ FRIDAY, NOV 21 8:30am-4pm — Season Passholders Only
🚡 Lifts: Northwoods Gondola + North Quad

➡ SAT & SUN, NOV 22–23 8:30am-4pm — Open to All
🎟️ Lift tickets will be available to purchase online soon or at the ticket windows.
🚡 Lifts: Northwoods Gondola, North Quad, and Adirondack Express II

❄ Terrain: Ruby Run, Sleeping Bear, Tahawus, and Showcase are planned to be open. Expect a few pop-up park features and early season conditions. Skiing/Riding for intermediate and advanced abilities only. There will be no beginner terrain available.

🍔 Food & Amenities:
• Food Court & Tannery will be open in the Base Lodge
• Retail shop open
• Note: On-mountain dining is now cashless

After Sunday, we’ll pause midweek and reopen for 7-day operations starting Friday, Nov 28.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Two years of hosting has been nothing short of excitement - it’s fun, rewarding, memorable (throw in a headache here and there thanks to a Labor Day burst water pipe 🙃) but working with such kind and appreciative guests who share their love of our home and Schroon Lake with us, makes it all worth it! ❤️ We have experienced the magic of and the and look forward to continue to share that magic with our guests ✨
