This 2-hour small-group gathering for women offers a supportive space for grief that doesn’t fit the expected narrative—especially when the relationship was difficult, inconsistent, or harmful.
Through guided reflection, journaling, conversation, simple movement, meditation, and creative expression, we’ll make space for what feels unresolved—without pressure to explain, justify, or “move on.”
You don’t have to make your grief make sense here.
⸻
🌿 This space may be a fit for you if:
* You miss someone you also struggled with
* The person you’re grieving was difficult or caused harm
* Others assume your loss feels one way… but your experience is more complicated
* You feel a mix of emotions—love, anger, sadness, relief—and don’t know how to hold them
* The loss feels messy or hard to explain
* You’ve found yourself wondering, “Why do I feel this way?”
⸻
🌿 What to expect:
* A small, intimate group of women (limited to 8 participants)
* Gentle guidance and optional sharing
* Time for reflection and journaling
* Simple, accessible movement (no experience needed)
* A closing meditation and space for integration
⸻
🌿 Note:
This is a women-only gathering.
