This year has been especially meaningful for building connections and collaborating with local businesses. One of those collaborations recently brought me to Sacred Grounds Mount Gilead, where I had the chance to develop a new merch mug for them.
These mugs will be available for purchase this Saturday, October 17, during Mount Gilead’s annual Fall Festival. If you’re out enjoying the festivities, stop by and take a look!
I’ll let them tell you a little more about what makes this place so special:
“You don’t have to belong to any group or believe any particular thing to belong here. Sacred Grounds is intentionally open, inclusive, and grounded in hospitality. Our hope is that this becomes a place where conversations happen naturally, relationships grow over time, and the community feels a little more connected because it exists.”
I’m grateful for the opportunity to work with a local organization that puts so much care into bringing people together. There’s something special about making pottery that finds its home in a place built around community.
