Our newest 2-bedroom, 1-bath park model has officially been delivered! 🏡

Once it’s fully furnished, we’re planning to offer it as an affordable long-term rental with discounted rates for seniors and veterans. 🇺🇸

🏊‍♂️ Pool Project Update! 🏊‍♀️

We wanted to share a quick update on our new pool and spa project! 🎉

Our contractor met with ADEQ yesterday and is currently working through some engineering and design revisions to accommodate a few changes we requested. The biggest change? We decided the original spa was just too small! 😄

The new spa will be a spacious 8' x 8' whirlpool bath* making it roughly twice the size of most spas in the Salome area. 💦🔥

The engineering team is now incorporating these updates into the final plans as we move through the permitting process. If everything stays on schedule, we hope to begin construction in **late Fall 2026** and welcome guests to the new pool and spa in January 2027. 🏗️

Just in time for our first Poker Run of 2027! 🏍️♠️♥️♣️♦️
