We are officially nearing the finish line on one of our newest projects, and while The Lodge at Pillar Point Waterfront Rentals isn’t quite ready for its grand debut, it’s far enough along that the original owners were finally able to take a few days, enjoy time with family, and see firsthand how far this incredible property has come.

We couldn’t help but share a few progress photos with you all! 👀

✨ The transformation is starting to speak for itself at Pillar Point Waterfront Rentals! ✨

Sometimes things don’t need to be replaced .. they just need a little love, proper prep work, quality polyurethane, and the opportunity to shine again. What was once tired and worn is now warm, inviting, and ready to be enjoyed while taking in those breathtaking waterfront views.

Another coat to go and this Vacation Rental Cottage is almost ready! We can’t wait to show you more of what’s been happening behind the scenes as these properties continue their revival. The finish line is finally coming into view, and the results are better than we imagined.

Season has been in full force, and this week was one of those weeks that tests you in every way possible from emergencies across the county, vacation rental turns like we've never experienced before, and jumping in to help with emergency turn.

When your back is against the wall, you either fold or figure it out. We chose to figure it out … “one way or another”!

That motto has not only defined our week but also our newest project, which will be revealed very soon. ‼️😉

Every step has been exactly that: long hours, unexpected turns, problem-solving, redesigning, rebuilding, and people from all walks of life coming together to turn a family's dream into reality for many more to create lasting memories.

How is it possible? By having clients and a team that believe in the same mindset and purpose. When things don't go as planned and life takes a hard left turn, keep pushing…because one way or another, it gets done.

And trust me, the results are going to impress. With one-of-a-kind amenities and details you won't find just anywhere, this property is becoming something truly special—and I couldn't be more excited to share it.

Today's photo: Old deck? No problem. The frame was still solid, so instead of tearing it all down, we saved money, created a new plan, designed a fresh look, and Tom got to work. 🔨✨

Three different properties.
Three different villages.
Three completely different waterfront views.

Started the morning at Sixberry Bay on Sixberry Lake, made our way to Clayton for The Admiral Collection along the beautiful St. Lawrence River, and ended the evening Pillar Point Waterfront Rentals overlooking Lake Ontario. 🌊

Having all of these different bodies of water, views, and hidden gems within miles of each other is exactly why the is one of the best places to be. Whether you live here or vacation here, there’s always another view waiting around the corner.

It’s truly one of a kind to experience and vacation somewhere that offers this much beauty, peace, and waterfront charm all within a short drive of each other.
