Someone overseas hacked into our old Facebook account and changed the email address and phone number, preventing us from recovering the account. Facebook had no process set up to resolve that situation. Unfortunately, once someone was finally scammed out of money, it took the involvement of the FBI before Facebook would act to shut down the account.

Thank you to everyone that tried to "report" to Facebook and warn others of the scam. Even though your efforts were worthless because the pages continued "to meet their community standards," we appreciated the support.

We still have no access to the former account nor all of the messages, contacts or information from it.
Even though we used the same email address/logon for 8 years, we have been shut off completely from the account.

We have never been contacted by Facebook.
Not when the password was changed.
Not when someone logged on from an unknown IP.
Not when the email was changed.
Not when the Phone Number was changed.
Not when the account was disabled.

For this and many, many other reasons. We will opt to no longer do business with or through Facebook.

Please feel free to call or email us anytime.
Thank you!
