2016 Forest River Sierra Destination with an add a room on it that was just completed last year.

The 2026 seasonal fee has been paid in full by the current owners.

Newly built 10' x 16' add a room with Knotty Pine interior, 8' x 12' shed. Stone patio and fire pit.

There is a table with 6 chairs, fireplace and cabinet that are included in the add a room. The trailer part is furnished.

Interior fireplace, king size bed. Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, nice island. Bathroom has a full shower, plenty of storage inside and out.

3 slide outs make this very roomy for your weekend getaway or being here all summer long.

Well maintained clean unit.

Rent is $2600 per year. The lease includes a spot on the dock if you have a boat, boat storage in the boat corral. You also need to furnish your own boat lift. We do not allow a lift with a canopy on it. You are responsible for the electric and internet (there are 3 options available for internet). Water and sewer are included.

A background check and campground approval will be done before sale of the unit goes forward.

We currently have 1 trailer for sale, it is a 2013 Forest River 40' Wildwood DLX, asking $19,000 which also includes the 2025 season lease payment.

Well kept Destination trailer with attached deck on permanent campsite. 21' vinyl awning new 2024, 3 slide-outs (2 are across from each other in the living room area making this a very spacious area. 8ft ceilings, skylight in LR, ceiling fan, TV with remote, fireplace with built-in space heater, Spacious kitchen with full size fridge, gas stove and microwave. Pull out love seat with inflatable mattress (electric), recliner, please shades on all windows, central A/X (professionally cleaned in 2024), stereo with speakers inside and on the deck, DR tables & 4 chairs, bedroom includes armoire and desk plus lots of storage. 4 deck chairs and a shed is also included.

Lot rent is $2600 per year, this includes water and sewer. You pay for electric, internet (fiber optic). Also includes is a spot on the pier for a boat and boat lift, storage in the boat coral in off season. We have a pay per use laundry on site for your convenience.

We are a older folks campground, we do not have activities for young children.

Background check is required and approval from the campground.

Water is turned off Oct 15th and back on April 15. You are able to be at your trailer in off season if you want to ice fish/hunt, all you need to do is bring your potable water with you.

Seasonal rate is $2500 per year which is from October 15th to October 15th. $500 deposit is required with the lease on or before October 15th with the balance due the following April 15.

A background check is done by the campground owner and approved before the sale of the unit is completed.

We have a seasonal site on the lake that just opened up.

We are an older folk campground which means that we do not have any amenities for small children. If you have older children age 14 and older that would be ok.

It's as follows:

2011 32' Keystone Sprinter

Comes fully furnished, large deck, Rubbermaid shed 4'.5" x 4', 2 slide outs, propane grill that is hooked up to the campers propane tanks. 2 30 # propane tanks that have just been filled and the unit is skirted.

There is a pay per use laundry facility.

Sewer and water are included with the lease, you are responsible for the electric and the internet.

There is a spot on the main dock for a boat and boat lift, with an area for your boat trailer in our boat coral.

The yearly lease is $3700.00. $500.00 deposit is needed in October if you are staying the following season. The balance is then due on or before April 15th. Our season runs from October to October.

A background check is done by the campground owner and approved before the sale of the unit is completed.

ANNUAL MEETING AND BUDGET HEARIING
LAKE PUCKAWAY PROTECTION AND REHABILITATION DISTRICT

Many are concerned about the imminent proposed Lake Puckaway drawdown. There is an article below regarding one view of the drawdown plan, however there is no evidence to support the recovery of the North Shore after said drawdown. Some theories suggest this will negatively impact waterfront landowners for many years to come.

There is a meeting scheduled where the plan can be questioned. Any interested parties may want to attend.....speak up if this means something to you.
