Built in 1922, this high-end all-inclusive resort in the Rocky Mountains is just a 90 minute drive from Old Faithful in Yellowstone National Park and only 4.7 miles from Shoshone National Forest.Rustic-chic rooms offer handcrafted furnishings, free Wi-Fi and goose-down comforters. Today, Brooks Lake Lodge is 104 years old!

On July 1st, 1922, the Two-Gwo-Tee Inn opened its doors to the first ever overnight guests who were bound for Yellowstone. The following year, the Inn became a Dude Ranch and was renamed as the Diamond G. People from all over the world journeyed out West to experience wilderness pack trips, world-class trout fishing, horseback rides through the mountains, rodeos, and the true Western way of life. With one last name change in 1961, Brooks Lake Lodge has undergone many owners, faced natural disasters, been rebuilt and renewed (thank you Carlsberg’s), and has brought new people from all over the world through its doors.

Despite all the changes over the last 104 years, one thing remains the same: this place is both special and resilient. The mountains that surround the lodge hold memories of countless employees, friends, and families who have been forever changed by this place.

As the old saying goes, to know Brooks is to love it. And love it we do. To an amazing and historical 104 years, and to the next 104 years, happy birthday Brooks Lake Lodge.
