Last night’s Summer Edition of Room to Breathe was a beautiful reminder of why this work matters.

Watching young men laugh, relax, connect, and simply enjoy being in community with one another was both inspiring and heartwarming. In a world that often asks so much of them, creating space where they can just be is a gift—and an honor.

At Wellspring, we believe everyone deserves room to exhale, to be seen, and to feel supported.

Room to Breathe is a free Wellspring Manor & Spa program designed for young Black men ages 16–29, offering a space for care, connection, and community. We proudly welcome participants from across the Metropolitan DC region.
