Morning coffee and reflecting on the journey at Hideaway Hill โ๐ฒ
As we continue shaping this land near Van Etten in the Finger Lakes, we started organizing the story of the project through the highlights iconed below. Each one represents a piece of the bigger vision thatโs slowly coming to life.
THE LAND โ the woods, trails, and quiet spaces that make this place special
BERRY FARM โ plans for strawberries, blueberries, and growing food on the land
MAPLE SEASON โ tapping trees and learning from the forest each spring
SOLAR POWERโ exploring renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure
LOCAL PARTNERS โ connecting with nearby farms, breweries, and makers
ORBIT BOWLS โ bringing our food truck story into the mix with farm-to-bowl ideas
Together these highlights tell the evolving story of Hideaway Hill becoming a small agri-tourism and outdoor retreat in the Finger Lakes.
This project is still growing, and weโre excited to connect with local makers, farmers, and small businesses along the way.
