📌 Key Responsibilities
- Lead all financial and accounting operations.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor business performance and cash flow.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Strengthen internal controls and support audit activities.
- Partner with department heads to improve financial performance and cost efficiency.
📌 Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
✔ Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Finance Controller, Finance Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
✔ Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and accounting standards.
✔ Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
