Nhiều người nhìn vào Seana sẽ thấy những căn phòng đẹp, hồ bơi đẹp hay một không gian xanh mát.
Nhưng thực tế, đó chỉ là điều giúp khách hàng ấn tượng trong lần đầu tiên.
Điều quan trọng hơn là làm sao để căn phòng ấy vẫn luôn sạch sẽ và chỉn chu mỗi ngày. Làm sao để chất lượng dịch vụ hôm nay vẫn tốt như ngày đầu khách trải nghiệm. Và làm sao để khách hàng vẫn cảm thấy thoải mái, hài lòng sau nhiều tháng, thậm chí nhiều năm sinh sống tại đây.
Đó mới là điều mà chúng em luôn cố gắng hoàn thiện mỗi ngày.
Vì vậy, trong thời gian tới Seana sẽ có một vài thay đổi nhỏ về cảnh quan, không gian chung và trải nghiệm cư dân. Trong quá trình thực hiện có thể sẽ có đôi chút bất tiện, rất mong nhận được sự thông cảm và đồng hành từ mọi người.
