Hope this finds everyone well and enjoying whatever season you are in wherever you are!

Di and I would like to share some recent news about CP.

We have sold CP and are in the process of handing our business over to it’s new owners who officially take over the reins just before Christmas.

The new owners are a young couple with an incredible cycling background and a successful online business that they intend to continue once installed.
Chez Passet will continue to run in the same way and over time new products will evolve around their online business.

Our new owners are keen to point out that while they are not Tim and Di their product will be a quality, high end one with much the same attention to detail that Di and I try to achieve.
They will be available to take new reservations by the New Year on the CP website.

As for us, we’re off to other ventures and challenges starting with a 3 month stay in Provence where Di will, no doubt, find a bunch of wine to “taste” and I will find new roads to ride.

7 years has passed in the blink of an eye and we have had a blast with each and every guest. We’ll never forget it and have many new friends as a result of it.

Di and I have personal pages and Di will still have her website and page The Sommelier Chef www.thesommelierchef.com if you want to keep tags on where and what we’re up to.

Enjoying an afternoon of fierce fluffiness and complete cuteness at the Pyrenean Mountain Dog show in Argeles Gazost.

September Availability !
