✨ Welcome to Crowe’s Nest Rental Properties ✨
This story actually began almost 40 years ago.
In the 1980s, my mom, a Malden, Massachusetts city girl, bought a piece of land in Haverhill, New Hampshire. Long before I was even a thought. She wanted a little independence and a place that was truly her own… someday a cabin.
Growing up, some of my favorite memories were visiting that land, driving up to see the infamous New England foliage, exploring the woods, and “catching pollywogs” in the lake.
Fast forward to this past August.
My husband Jake and I visited the property after many years away, and suddenly the dream felt real. We decided it was time to finally bring that cabin to life.
We are now building “Janet’s Place,” a family vacation rental, under our new business Crowe's Nest Rental Properties (Crowe is my maiden name, so it felt like the perfect fit).
Jake and I have been together since elementary school, now live in Londonderry, NH, and are raising our two beautiful daughters. Like many of you, we’re balancing full-time jobs while trying to build something meaningful for our family.
Our goal is simple: create a place where families and friends can unplug, reconnect, and create lasting memories in the beautiful state of New Hampshire.
Over the coming months we’ll be capturing the entire journey, from raw land to a finished cabin. We’re sharing it all on TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram, so join us for the full adventure.
