CELEBRATING THE POWER OF YOUNG VOICES AT CURIOCITY

This Youth Day, we are hosting two meaningful events in Cape Town and Johannesburg that honour the spirit, creativity and resilience of South Africa's youth.

📍 CURIOCITY Green Point | 11:00 – 17:00

In partnership with Running With Nkosi and Sonos Studios for a special community initiative aimed at creating a memorable and inspiring experience for underprivileged youth. The day will combine movement, creativity and connection through a group run, art workshop and shared meal, providing a safe space where young people can feel seen, valued and supported.

📍 CURIOCITY Maboneng | 18:00 – 20:00

An intimate evening of storytelling and poetry in commemoration of the 50th anniversary of the Soweto Uprising. Featuring poet Zama Madinana and storyteller Kaizer Gau, the event explores how stories, language and creativity continue to keep the spirit of 1976 alive for future generations.

Whether through movement, art, poetry or conversation, both events reflect our belief that community experiences have the power to inspire, connect and create lasting impact.
