These two beautiful ladies are serving up some AMAZING food! Not pictured here is the delicious beef and vegetable soup starter they served our guests.

For mains: Butternut squash and creamed spinach + Asian fusion sticky beef ribs with seasoned rice.

For dessert: Homemade jam tarts featuring our own house made pineapple jam with ice cream. 🤤

👋 Since we have quite a few new followers here, we thought we should take a moment to introduce our incredible team that helps make every stay at iHlozi Bush Lodge unforgettable! ✨

Thandi Ngobese (L), our amazing Operations Manager, has been part of the iHlozi family since we purchased the lodge two years ago this month. Joining her is Ziningi Mngadi (R), our new Guest Services Manager, who is quickly learning the ropes from Thandi on how to make iHlozi truly shine! 🌿

Ziningi recently completed her Hospitality diploma and is already winning hearts with her delicious breakfast creations — especially her omelettes! 🍳♥️
