15 yards from this tank!
We were circling a herd of buffalo to stay on the right side of the wind when we herd a buffalo coming our way. Closing the distance fast, we got the client set up to take the shot if he stepped into our window. He did just that, but unfortunately the bull was too young. These are the type of moments that make buffalo hunting such a memorable experience. Full video coming soon!

The first buffalo of the season came rather unplanned. We had been chasing plains game for the first few days and whilst moving through our concession had come across several big herds of buffalo. On day 5 the temptation had grown too strong to deny the inevitable… we got this stud of a bull a few days later. This bull measured just under 44”.
