⚠️ Public Notice ⚠️

Ekhaya Guest House would like to advise anyone considering using Royal Thatchers, Verulam, headed by Thabiso Khumalo, for thatching repairs or renewals, to please contact us first regarding our experience.

We paid for repair and stitching work to be carried out on our thatch roof, however the work was not completed to the standard expected and we have continued experiencing problems with the thatching since. Despite several promises to return and resolve the issues, communication has become extremely difficult, with calls and messages going unanswered.
