We all know that story.

It's 07:00, you have an 08:00 class. You wake up in a noisy compound, 3 buses away from campus. You haven't even fetched water, and your transport money is already finished.

Your friend? She just rolled out of bed, took a 4-minute walk, and she's already in class. Fresh. Early. Focused.

What's the difference? Distance.

At Memorylane Apartments & Resort, we decided to end that stress for Rockview University students.

For only K350 per month, you get more than just a bedspace. You get peace of mind.

Imagine this:

You stay just 0.3KM from Rockview University - 10 Miles Campus. No more waking up at 05:00. No more K20 daily transport. Just a short, safe walk to class.

You get to choose what works for you, 6-bed or 8-bed rooms, separate boarding for male and female students, in a place that is actually clean, safe, and built with students in mind.

This is not just accommodation. It's a place that lets you focus on what really matters your studies.

Affordable? ✅
Comfortable? ✅
Student friendly? ✅

The promotion is still running, but spaces are limited and booking has officially started.

Don't wait until the "fully booked" notice is on the gate.
