GASTRONOMY (FOOD) FESTIVAL FUNDRAISING DINNER GALA.

Hotel and Catering Association of Zambia (HCAZ) hosted a Gastronomy (Food) Festival at M' kango Golfview hotel in Lusaka on 6th December 2024.
The event was officiated by the Honorable Minister of Tourism Hon Rodney Sikumba and attended by the Minister of Mines and Minerals Development Hon Paul Kabuswe, Minister of Green Economy and Environment, Hon Mike Mposha and other key stakeholders.
In his remarks, Hon Sikumba thanked HCAZ President Mr Christopher Nsenje for organizing such an event. The Minister further added that one of the key drivers of tourism is gastronomy (food tourism) and that the role of his Ministry is to ensure that the private sector thrives. The minister affirmed that the Ministry of Tourism will support entrepreneurs who are taking gastronomy to a different level.
