We are looking for 4 Receptionists to join our team:

2 Male Receptionists
2 Female Receptionists

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Hotel Receptionist or in a similar hospitality role
• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field is an added advantage
• Excellent English communication skills
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good computer skills, including Microsoft Word & Excel
• Experience with hotel PMS/reservation systems is an added advantage
• Knowledge of check-ins, check-outs, reservations, guest enquiries and front-office operations
• Professional, friendly and well-presented
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Must be honest, reliable and punctual
• Reference letter from a previous employer is required
