Phondorosah Resort & Conference Centre is looking for an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee and manage its farming operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day management of farm operations.
* Plan and coordinate farming activities and production.
* Supervise farm workers and allocate duties effectively.
* Manage livestock, crops, equipment and other farm resources.
* Monitor farm productivity, costs and general operations.
* Maintain proper records of farm activities and resources.
* Ensure efficient use and maintenance of farm equipment and facilities.
* Implement good agricultural and farm-management practices.
Requirements
*Degree/ Diploma in Agriculture
* At least 5 years of relevant farm management experience.
* Strong knowledge of general farm operations and management.
* Good leadership and supervisory skills.
* Ability to work independently and make sound decisions.
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
