At Shangri-La Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi every evening at Sofra bld transforms into a new culinary journey.

Theme nights begin with Fish Tales on Mondays, featuring a wide selection of fresh seafood, sushi, and a “catch of the day” grilled to perfection.

Tuesdays bring The Butcher’s Block with premium, perfectly cooked meats, while Wednesdays feature Arabesque Nights celebrating traditional Arabian flavours. Thursdays present an International Buffet showcasing global favourites from around the world. Fridays highlight Surf and Turf, combining the best of seafood and meat.

Sundays to Fridays, 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.

The initiative highlighted the importance of supporting sustainable food systems through responsible sourcing, seasonal ingredients and conscious dining practices. It also reinforced the hotel's ongoing collaboration with ne'ma (National Food Loss and Waste Initiative), promoting responsible consumption and reducing food waste across its operations.

Highlights: Rescued 914 meals, diverted 466.1 kg of food from landfill and prevented 1,183.9 kg of CO₂e emissions
