Ray G. Frio is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and community leader with experience across healthcare, IT, hospitality, and marketing. He is known for helping businesses grow through branding, strategic partnerships, and sustainable development.

He began his career as a Project Coordinator at Kaiser-Dela Cruz Consulting Inc., managing healthcare IT projects for major institutions such as NKTI, PGH, and VRP Medical Center,, QMMC, Makati Med, and more. He later passed the Microsoft Enterprise Examination (Rank 2) and worked with a Singapore-based tech company, strengthening his expertise in enterprise solutions and business development.

In 2014, he moved to Dubai and worked with Jumeirah Group in luxury hospitality, later joining Emirates Specialty Hospital during the pandemic as a Quality Assurance professional. These roles enhanced his leadership, operational, and healthcare quality experience.

Ray later focused on business development and strategic marketing, supporting over 43 local and international companies, including SMEs and multinational organizations. His work has helped businesses improve visibility, engagement, and growth through innovative marketing and collaboration.

He has received multiple awards recognizing his leadership and community impact, including honors from
