From dynamic morning Vinyasa flows to restorative evening sessions, this year’s yoga programme moves between strength and softness, designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Expect sunrise practices, calming breath work, shoulder resets, mindful movement, TCM-inspired sessions, and slow evenings that end a little more grounded than they began.
