rts organizations are located in the immediate area. The beautiful swimming lake and outdoor pool of Brixen is located 600m away from the house. House Steiner consists of two apartments. Apartment 1 (75m², 4-5 persons) is located on the ground floor and has the following lay-out: Spacious entrance hall with cloakroom. Two bedrooms; first bedroom with double bed, single sofa bed and Sat-TV, second bedroom with two single beds. Bathroom with sink, shower/bath and toilet. Cozy living/dining area with Apple-TV + DVD. Complete kitchen with dishwasher, oven, 4-burners, coffee machine etc. Two reserved parking spaces in front of the house. This beautiful apartment in Brixen im Thale has direct access to a large terrace and garden with outside furniture, loungers and BBQ (shared use). The outside area offers plenty of sunshine all day long and lies alongside a beautiful mountain stream.
