Now as we approaching the end of the summer season, got time to start some other project 🍹🥂🖖🏽

As a side project of making cheese we started to use the whey as the base ingredient for bread. Come and taste our high protein healthy breads❤️ they are all nyamnyam😀

We had another fun w**e tasting yesterday evening in our "Party" tent.
Six w**es (Tramini, Welschriesling, 2xJuhfark, Furmint, Hárslevelű) were served together with selection of cold cuts from 2024 till all the way to 2017, all from the volcanic hills of Somlói Borvidék.
