We’ve teamed up with Macro Meats and Bleasdale W**es for a food and w**e dinner that’s anything but ordinary. Venison, wild boar, goat and kangaroo, cooked up by Head Chef Kahn Cowan and matched with six Bleasdale w**es straight out of Langhorne Creek.

Say hello to our Miso Glazed Eggplant, one of the brand new large plates on our spring menu.

Sticky, savoury miso glazed eggplant sitting on crisp potatoes, with whipped vegan feta, pickled cucumber for a fresh hit, a sprinkle of sesame and a drizzle of chilli oil to bring the heat. 🌶️

Our Elderton W**es Dinner is just around the corner, and Head Chef Kahn Cowan has created a four course menu built around seven premium Barossa w**es. Here's what's on the table.

🥂 CANAPÉS
Paired with Chardonnay and Riesling
Tuna tataki, ponzu, cucumber, apple, ginger and sesame
Pork belly, hash brown, fennel and apple

🍽️ ENTRÉE
Paired with GSM and Cabernet
