For the Marinade:
- 1Tb of oil
- Juice of half a lime
-1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of ground coriander
- 1 tsp of ground cumin
- ยฝ tsp of garlic powder
- ยฝ tsp of honey
- 2 thick steaks
For the Sauce:
- ยผ cup of grated Parmesan
- 2 Tb of mayo
- 1 heaped Tb of Greek yogurt
- Sriracha
- Pinch of salt
- ยผ cup of coriander
- Juice of half a lime
For the Salad:
- 2 cobs of corn (kernels removed and dry toasted)
- ยผ of a red onion (finely diced)
- Juice of 1 lime
- Pinch of salt
- 1 large red capsicum (diced)
- 2 avocados (diced)
- ยฝ cup of coriander
