serving plates, salad bowls, storage containers.
· Salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, selection of teas provided.
· TV, DVD & wi-fi access. Also selection of DVDs, games and books.
· Ceiling fan. Two lounges (1 is double sofa bed), 4 x coffee tables, sideboard.
4-seat dining table + extra chairs, 2 x side tables. BEDROOMS: 2-bedrooms with queen beds + 1x single bed. Luggage racks. Wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, alarm clocks & radio. Dresser & ceiling fan in main extra large bedroom.
· Linen (includes blankets & doonas) & towels provided. 2 pillows per guest.
· Complimentary soap, shower gel & moisturiser provided for each guest. Private bathroom with shower, hand basin, cabinet, washing machine (washing detergent supplied). Separate toilet. First aid kit. Fire safety installed and council approved. Weber BBQ and outside 4-seat table & chairs + cooking utensils for BBQ. Continental breakfast provided if requested. Fridge can be stocked with requested goods before arrival.
10 minutes away 5 supermarkets, major banks, cafes, restaurants & specialty shops. Lots of birds - 46 varieties counted; frogs - 5 species (2 endangered); and native animals (kangaroos with joeys, wallabies, bandicoots, wombats, Echidna) visit the property.

Amazing whale photos. The annual migration is happening at present as the whales make their way north along our coast to breed.
A great time to visit the mid north coast of NSW.

The long and short nose wombats at Billabong Zoo are wonderful to watch when they're out and about.
There's so much to see in our local zoo on the Mid North Coast NSW
