On Friday, we were incredibly proud to once again host Ballarat’s Biggest Ever Blokes’ Lunch at the Mercure Ballarat Hotel & Convention Centre.

Bringing together hundreds of men from across the region, the annual lunch raises vital funds and awareness for prostate cancer and men’s health, while supporting the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia and organisations within our local community.

It’s always an incredible day, and a privilege to see our Convention Centre filled with close to 500 guests coming together for such an important cause.

From major community events like this one to conferences, gala dinners, awards nights and celebrations, our Convention Centre was built for bringing people together, with capacity for up to 600 seated guests.

Thank you to everyone involved in making the 2026 Biggest Ever Blokes’ Lunch another remarkable Ballarat event.

We were so proud to see our very own Troy present the award on the night and represent Mercure Ballarat Hotel & Convention Centre. We’re proud to sponsor the Professional Services Business Award, and apparently the fireworks were just as excited about Troy’s presentation as we were… even if they were a little early.

Ballarat is home to so many incredible businesses and individuals. Those nominated, those who became finalists, those who took home an award, and so many others whose names may not have appeared on the night but who continue to contribute to our city every single day.
