We’re excited to share our Paperbark Restaurant menu, with a great selection of dishes to enjoy whether you’re joining us with family, catching up with friends, or simply treating yourself to a night out.

Start your meal with something to share or enjoy all to yourself — from garlic and native herb bread, bruschetta and crispy chicken wings, through to fresh oysters and our antipasto platter.

For mains, there’s plenty to choose from, including our Brisket Burger, Garlic & Rosemary Lamb Sausages, Chicken Carbonara, Singapore Noodles, Coral Trout, Pan-Fried Barramundi, Wagyu Rump and Kangaroo Fillet. 🥩🐟

Prefer something fresh and lighter? Explore our selection of salads, including Watermelon Salad, Indonesian Cucumber Salad and Quinoa & Barley Salad, with optional add-ons available.

We haven’t forgotten the little ones either! ❤️ Our Kids Menu includes Fish & Chips, Chicken Nuggets and Pasta Bolognese, with complimentary juice and vanilla ice cream.

And of course, there’s always room for dessert! 🍨🍫 Finish your meal with a Gluten-Free Chocolate Brownie, No-Fry Fried Ice Cream, Trio of Sorbets or a Cheese Plate.

🚫 Pool Access - Guests Only

Please note: the pool at Cape York Peninsula Lodge is reserved strictly for in-house guests only.

For safety, insurance, and liability reasons, non-guests are not permitted to use the pool at any time. This policy applies to all visitors, including those accompanying guests who are not themselves booked in at the Lodge.

Guests must be able to show proof of stay (room key/booking confirmation) if asked by staff. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone staying with us.
