We uncovered more dining treasures in Brisbane, while a getaway to the newly renovated Lilianfels Blue Mountains Resort & Spa offered the perfect opportunity to experience a refreshed icon in one of Australia’s most beautiful destinations.

July Moments…

July has been a month of bringing people together.

From product launches and awards evenings to private dining experiences and team conferences, we've had the privilege of helping create moments that celebrate milestones, strengthen connections and set the tone for the months ahead.

We've also enjoyed discovering some of Australia's newest hospitality destinations. In Sydney, The Olympus and Mulwray have quickly found a place on our list, each offering a distinctive experience, thoughtful interiors and exceptional food and w**e.

A weekend in Brisbane provided plenty of inspiration, from New York-style slices at Donnie's and long lunches at Supernormal Brisbane, to cocktails at Dr Gimlette and dinner at The French Exit. Each venue offered its own character, making for a memorable culinary itinerary.

Behind the scenes, we've been exploring new event spaces, including 7 Alfred and The Lodge Little Collins. With beautifully designed spaces suited to everything from intimate private dining to larger celebrations and corporate events, both venues are wonderful additions to our recommendations.

As always, it's these experiences, partnerships and new discoveries that continue to shape the thoughtful recommendations and memorable moments we create for our clients.

June moments….

This month has been a month of connection and collaboration. From client events at the Sydney Theatre Company with pre-show dinner at Bar Folio, to private dining at Grill Americano Sydney and memorable evenings at Shell House, including their iconic bug roll. Every experience carefully considered.

Highlight of the month with time well spent in Melbourne for client project planning, a winter food and w**e escape, and concluding with a VIP client evening at the Cartier Winter Masterpieces exhibition at the NGV.

The month finished on a high with a week focused on engagement, bringing clients together at the newly reimagined Oriana, Circular Quay and the spectacular Machine Hall, complete with a live vodka pasta station.

Exceptional experiences, considered detail and meaningful moments across Melbourne and Sydney. We can’t wait to see what July brings.
