🎨 Art on the Plate at Bishop’s Court Estate ✨

We absolutely love welcoming Academy Travel and their Central West Art Tour to Bishop’s Court Estate. Tomorrow evening, our guests will enjoy a very special dinner, with a distinguished artist joining us to celebrate the beautiful connection between art, food and creativity.

Art on the Plate has become a signature experience of this wonderful tour, and it is always a privilege to host my distinguished Professor of Design, Mr Peter McNeil, for an evening of conversation, inspiration and culinary creativity.

Every detail is thoughtfully considered, from the preparation in the kitchen to the setting of the table, creating an experience that delights the senses and brings people together.

Enjoy a little glimpse behind the scenes as we prepare for another special dinner event at BCE — brought to you with style, love, generosity and creativity. 🥂🌿Chrissie 💋

A beautiful spring evening at Bishop’s Court, shared with good friends, delicious food and wonderful conversation. 🌿🥂

Tonight’s casual dinner is a poached salmon and kipfler potato salad, dressed with a luscious crème fraîche dressing. Simple, fresh and utterly delicious.

Sometimes, the greatest pleasures are found in the simplest of meals, enjoyed around the table with people we cherish.

Good food, good friends and the joy of conviviality — just as it should be. 💚

Reflecting on the culinary creations we whipped up last week to keep Walkinshaw TWG Racing fuelled for the Bathurst 1000. All made in house with fresh produce and an expert team, this is just one of the services that makes a stay at Bishop’s Court Estate so special.

✨ The Beginning of Another Beautiful Bathurst 1000 at Bishop’s Court Estate ✨

There is something truly special about welcoming our cherished Walkinshaw family back to Bishop’s Court Estate for the Bathurst 1000.

As our first guests arrive to a perfect spring evening, the gardens provide the most beautiful setting for ch*****ne, exquisite canapés and convivial conversation in the gentle evening air, before everyone gathers for a superb dinner in our magnificent heritage chapel.

This year marks our 21st year of creating beautiful events and memorable experiences for the Walkinshaw family. Twenty-one years of shared experiences, wonderful friendships, trust and a partnership we value enormously.

At Bishop’s Court, it has always been about so much more than accommodation and events. It is about the people, the relationships, the thoughtful details and the genuine pleasure of bringing people together in beautiful surroundings.

We are incredibly proud of this enduring partnership and look forward to another very special Bathurst 1000, filled with wonderful moments, exceptional hospitality and the warmth that makes Bishop’s Court so unique. 🥂🌿

Here’s to 21 years of partnership, friendship and creating beautiful memories together.
