Designed to set a new benchmark for commercial workplaces on the Coast, the building features contemporary work spaces and a stunning rooftop terrace complete with barbecue and kitchenette facilities, offering panoramic views across the coastline and hinterland.

Farrago was proud to deliver the joinery and amenities packages for this standout build, working alongside a very talented team!

50 First Avenue has been named a finalist in the 2026 AIB Queensland Professional Excellence Awards, recognised in the Commercial Construction category.

Delivered for Walker Corporation, 50 First Avenue is a 15-level A-grade commercial tower bringing new workplace, retail and parking facilities to the Sunshine Coast. As Binah’s first completed project in Queensland, it speaks to the capability of our team and the level of care required to deliver a complex commercial build through every stage of delivery.

Congratulations to Scott Baldwin and to the wider Binah team who helped bring 50 First Avenue to completion.

We look forward to attending the awards ceremony next week and celebrating the people and projects shaping construction across Queensland.
