Tea House Motor Inn and Apartments

Winning the Customer Focus Award at the 2026 Be.Bendigo Business Excellence Awards meant so much to our little Tea House team.

And while the streamers have settled & the celebrations have quietened down, the pride certainly hasn’t!

Yesterday we added a little something to the front of Tea House, thanks to the legends at Be Seen Signs, who created our fabulous new award sign. 🙌

A reminder of what we’ve achieved together, the wonderful guests who continue to support us & the team who put their heart into looking after them.

Because Customer Focus doesn’t stop when you win an award. It’s something we work towards every single day, with every guest who walks through our doors.

We can’t believe this was two months ago already.

🧺 FAVOURITE ROOM FRIDAY… with a twist!

This week Jody’s taking us somewhere a little different.

It’s not an accomodation room, but it’s certainly a handy little room to know about when you’re staying at Tea House!

It’s our guest laundry! 🧺👕

Whether you’re travelling for work, enjoying an extended stay or just need to freshen up a few things while you’re away, it’s one of those practical little extras that can make a big difference. Because looking after our guests isn’t just about a comfy bed & a clean room. It’s about making your stay that little bit easier.

Another little piece of our award-winning Customer Focus. 😉

So there you have it… Jody’s pick for Favourite Room Friday this week!! 😂 🧺 👔
