Marathon Pelicans... we can’t wait to see you!

We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again… we are so incredibly grateful to the communities of the Lake Hume region for getting behind Pub to Pelican and helping make it the success it is.

This year, due to the impact of the January fires on the HCRT, our marathon start line moves to the Bethanga Hotel ...and we’re thrilled to say they are super excited to welcome you all! 🙌

We know many of you will be heading straight to the start with family and friends in tow 🚗💨- and the Bethanga Hotel, with the amazing support of the Bethanga Golf Club and Cemetery Trust, are going all out to look after everyone.

Expect:
🥓 Egg & bacon rolls for those early‑morning champions driving you
☕ Tea, coffee… and warming hot choc and chai to kickstart the day

It’s shaping up to be another fantastic event thanks to the incredible community spirit that makes Pub to Pelican so special. 💙

Traffic management measures will be in place for the upcoming Pub to Pelican Marathon Sunday 7 June 2026.

Due to impacts from the January bushfires on the High Country Rail Trail, an alternate route will be used in 2026.
