This one was captured by a local who visits the boat ramp to watch the sun break into the new day.

This hungry little caterpillar is the start of this beautiful moth - 4 O'clock Moth. Because, it is a day time moth with increased activity after 4 O'clock!

While you wander around the park, keep your eye open as these caterpillars feed on rain forest trees. They tend to 'hold a pose' for a long period of time and do not seem to be wary of us.

There is something peaceful about a long, green site.

Quiet. Grassy 😁. A bit secluded.

It starts today! The cleaning up and repair of the CREB Track. Weather permitting - only two weeks and the way will be clear 😁🥳

The CREB Track is one of Australia’s most spectacular and challenging four-wheel-drive trails, which is very steep and very rough.

There is a range of wildlife on the park - including mum and baby - Agile Wallaby.

Shhhhhhh .... you will see them wandering around nibbling grass if you are quiet enough.

Book your powered and unpowered sites online - so much green grass with a nightly fire pit, hot showers, quiet and fishing within 2km.

Q: Where can I cook when I am at Bloomfield Cabins and Camping?
A: There is a fully functioning Camp Kitchen for all guest to use. BBQ's, microwave, cooktop, kettle, toaster plus cooking pots'n'pans, plates, knives and forks.

The camp kitchen is also a great place to tap into the free WiFi and swing in the hammock. There may even be a buch of bananas ready to share!
