Our barista Lee recognised this happy family and their adorable pugalier from their visit to Barney’s last year. Adorable Gloria now 18 months old was a cute squishy 10 week old puppy back then and on her way to her forever home. Last year this same family helped her carry away handfuls of cuttings from the Barney’s ornamental grape vine that had been trimmed and left the previous evening. What an absolute treat it was to have them back on their way home to Tangambalanga Victoria after visiting Sydney.

Nothing like the thrill of ridding the chill around a blazing fire pit at The Old Bookham Church this winter. With snow season on the way we are an ideal stopover travelling south to the Victorian snowfields or heading along the Hume to Perisher and Thredbo.
